Delivery

Anywhere in mainland France and Monaco, seven days a week, from morning until evening. And the same day if you order before noon.

Where we deliver

L’Atelier d’Olivier delivers throughout mainland France and Monaco, seven days a week. Pieces from the Oscendence range are also delivered to Luxembourg.

We do not deliver to French overseas departments and territories.

Same day, if you order before noon

Any order placed before 12 noon opens up same-day delivery, at the point where you choose the shipping method. After noon, delivery is scheduled from the following day onwards.

The date is chosen during checkout: there is nothing to arrange by telephone.

At what time

Deliveries run from morning until evening, with no fixed time slot. The exact hour depends on the florist’s round and on the town.

You may state a preference in the message to the florist when you order — “morning if possible”, “after 5 pm”. We take it into account whenever the round allows, but we cannot guarantee it: that would be a promise the traffic would keep in our place.

Funeral flowers are the exception

For a spray, a wreath, a heart, a cushion or a casket piece, the time of the ceremony sets the time of delivery. You tell us that time and the kind of place — funeral home, church, crematorium, cemetery — and we build the round around it.

It is the only case where we work to the hour, and we commit to it.

A particular setting

An unusual place, an arrival late at night, a moment timed to the gesture: these deliveries are arranged, and they are prepared on the larger bouquets. Call +33 7 66 51 28 82 and we will build the moment with you.

What protects the flowers to the door

A bouquet must arrive with the presence it had when it left the workshop. Our packaging is designed to hold the volume and keep the flowers fresh in transit — it is the part of the work nobody sees, and the part that decides the effect on opening.

If nobody is there

The florist first looks for a solution on the spot: a neighbour, a caretaker, a reception desk. You can make this easier by giving, in the message to the florist, a door code, a floor, or the recipient’s telephone number.
