What shapes the budget
Two weddings that look alike on paper do not cost the same. What weighs:
- The venue. An arch built inside a listed chapel, a staircase with no lift, an hour imposed by the estate: the same piece calls for twice the florists and twice the time.
- The season. A peony in October travels far. The same colours, obtained with the flowers of the moment, cost less and last better.
- The quantity. Ten centrepieces are made the day before; forty call for a team and a cold room.
